Tristar Signs Faster Forward Initiative
History has taught people that the leaders who succeed are the ones who meet the needs of the future by moving forward. To achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC) needs forward thinkers, doers, builders, changers, movers, leaders.
Tristar Group CEO Eugene Mayne has heeded the call. He attended the launching of the ‘Forward Faster’ initiative by the UNGC last December 4 with some members of the Tristar ESG Committee, namely Balaji Nagabhushan, Arthur Los Banos and Racheal Xavier. The ‘Forward Faster’ initiative aims to increase accountability and transparency by calling for companies to publicly declare their commitments and highlight the actions they will undertake to meet the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals.
